I can't keep using this product. I want to Cancel.

Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order.
1 The bottle contains too much and feels bad to throw away more than half a mixed bottle. 2 Irritated my skin. 3 Cancelled 3 times they keep sending you more, I had to cancel it via PayPal. Avoid!

This stuff is too light and it only last a few days. I use just for men and that is less money. The beard color you sent is expensive and not worth the trouble. I want to cancel this subscription. Thx

I have been coloring my hair almost 40 years and this is the most stupid product followed by the most stupid ploy to send you one every month even though you think you only ordering a sample but oh no they will get you then follow by them sending my stuff to probably different address since I have not been getting it in month, and had to call and cancel but kept getting bill for it and now had to on in and cancel. stay away from this product anything else out there is better than this

Wasnt aware the auto subscription will be activated after the initial sample order so was disappointed when charged for second time. Also the colour wasnt accurate, as i asked for darkest brown but the result was darkest grey instead. In order to return, the couriers wont collect without returns lebels, so couldnt return the second item.
