So, I took the risk and and tried the Demi permanent beard color. My beard is very grey, but not completely. I wanted the color to cover most greys but leave enough to make it look natural. After applying the colour, I looked like a joke, as the colour started getting darker and darker. I waited the full 20 minutes and started rinsing it off, scared to look in the mirror. After the shampoo and conditioner, it turned out fantastic. Quite a bit more grey left than I thought, but in such a way that it looks very natural, whilst still being darker than before. Exactly what I wanted. It feels a bit like a waste how much product was left though. I wish they sold smaller amounts for things like a beard. I would have needed 1/3 of the product they gave me. I could have died my entire head with it. Still very pleased though!!
Medium brown is a very hard color to achieve and they did a great job. Did not totally cover the grays but I'm very pleased with the overall color and afterwards it looks very natural
The first thing that worried me is that the dyeing would be obvious, and friends would "gawk!" But alas, not at all! It even looks "natural" to me, and it's my hair! There are a few learning curves, but they are "minor." Leave the dye on your hair at least the ten minutes they say. I rushed it the first time and most of it washed off! Luckily, you are provided enough product to do it twice! Second, make sure you apply a generous amount where you want the greatest color change. This they also tell you! All and all, I am one happy man. Thank you Colorsmith!
I’ve never been into coloring my hair. Always liked the natural look but once in a while you have to look good for a wedding and color smith does an awesome job.

I liked the idea of a “custom” formula that’s “handcrafted just for you,” which is what drew me to Colorsmith initially. After trying both, I got better results with Just For Men and they have so many color options that it’s not that different from going through all of the questions you get asked to pick your color with Colorsmith. Waiting 20 min for the color to set vs 5 with JFM is too long. Also, JFM is cheaper and can be re-applied. To be fair, the customer support was excellent and the staff was very responsive.

Color looked great on my husband for about a week. He had a touch of gray just like he wanted. After a few washes his silver was back.

I’m not sure if it’s because the color has been changed compared to last time, but I feel like it turned out worse. It might also be that I applied it differently this time. I’d like to know if it’s the same as the previous one.
Il faut suivre à la lettre le mode d'emploi...c'est astreignant... mais utile pour un bon résultat. Ce qui est très désagréable avec Color Smith c'est la relation clientèle.. Très complexe et désagréable, dommage !! Leur système nous prend un otage on a le sentiment d'être victime de vente forcer il est très difficile d'en sortir c'était épouvantable, !! C'est bien dommage cela va à contre sens de la qualité de leurs produits du coup je ne recommande pas cette maison à mes amis... Leur technique commerciale sont très agressives c'est épouvantables c'est un enfer !!! Ça ne correspond pas du tout à ce que je veux pas du tout à ce que j'attends c'est vraiment dommage car la qualité de leurs produits de coloration est excellente... Même si ce pendant cela reste cher très cher par rapport à la concurrence. Les produits vendus en annexe qu'on vous pousse à commander pour ne pas payer de frais de port sont tout à fait ordinaires et excessifs dans leurs tarifs non justifiés. C'est bien là le piège. c'est vraiment dommage moi je voudrais seulement me contenter de commander toutes les 8 semaines le produit de coloration.... Mais malheureusement il plafonnent leur système d'abonnement à 6 semaines ce qui est beaucoup trop fréquent pour moi !!! Tout est fait pour pousser la consommation c'est bien désagréable quel dommage !!! En France ces pratiques sera sont assimilées à de la vente forcée et sont interdites. Je mets donc 5 étoiles pour la qualité du produit mais zéro étoile pour la technique commerciale bien trop agressive !!! Ils vont sans doute me perdre comme client car je ne supporte pas ces méthodes dommage !!
